Returns
If an item arrives damaged, wrong, or simply not as described, tell us within seven days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.
Items should come back unused and in their original packaging. We cover the return cost when the fault is ours; otherwise the return delivery is yours to pay.
Refunds go back the way you paid, usually within five working days of us receiving the item.
